What a dope offer, thank you. I don't think they're Fox or TRD Pro? They're just the Bilstein 6112: https://bilsteincanada.com/product/b8-6112-series-front-kit-47-234413-adj-0-2-pss/

Found some pieces from my front driver side coil spring under my 2018 TRD Pro recently. I searched online and discovered this website and pertinent thread about this issue. Sad to see that this appears to be a common issue with these coil springs! Luckily I have an extended warranty which I've been advised will cover everything except the cost of a new alignment. However maybe a law firm would take up this case to explore a class-action suit. Siskins, a London Ontario Canada firm just recently reached two landmark settlements worth millions against several auto-parts companies over price-fixing. So maybe there is hope!

The spring broke because of excessive rust, that's not the manufactures fault.

Excessive rust yes. Why is there excessive rust? Due to the red powder-coat paint? I've owned several trucks previously with much more mileage than this Tacoma. None have had the coil spring deteriorate so rapidly, in fact not at all. Looking at this thread, others have had the same issue.

i live in salt belt. NE pa. get some Eibach replacement springs, they give you 1 1/2 front lift..

    https://eibach.com/eps-search?year=...acoma+TRD+Pro&submodel=DOUBLE+CAB+3.5L+V6+4WD

also a lift block in back.... they were 160. when i bought them, 2 in block in rear. cant buy replacement springs for these shocks from toyota or anywhere that i found.. i added 1/4 spacer also upfront with the 2 in rear block made me level

My driver side spring broke about 2-3 years ago. It was rusty AF after about 7 years.

I'm having difficulty trying to find compassion for your complain.

    Anything mechanical will fail.

$250 springs are not high on my list of things to get worked up over.

Transmissions and engines are really all I get stressed about.

Our roads are so poor, a broke spring is not surprising.

If you really feel that bad roads was the cause, you can submit a comprehensive claim to your insurance company.

As for the bad paint, I'm not buying that. All metal forming will have poor composition parts. Just the luck of the draw.

If you haven’t already, check to see if your frame is showing signs of rust forming. The through-bolt for your UCA in the picture looks rough
