ok so i was looking under my truck today and i noticed something that didnt look good.

there is a rubber piece (dont know what its called) on the end of my suspension arm that is broken and it looked like it previously had oil inside of it.

any help/advice you could give me would be much appreciated!

Check your local toyota dealership to have your vin number looked up, you might get a whole new lower ball joint Assembly for free.

    I did.

I got the extended travel icons that require a new Upper control arm setup.

You can get the non extended travel version icons that will be fine with your stock uppers.. just dont expect a huge lift.

    Ext travel is 0-3.5 lift
Regular travel is like 0-2 lift or so without major upper ball joint issues.

But what a diff night a day having coil overs on will make.

Don't need to replace shit just because of torn boots. If there's play in it, then yes.

They will wear faster and develop play (wear out) sooner because of torn boots but don't replace your entire front end over that.
