If you decide to sell it let me know. I'm in Chicago about 2 hours from you and have cash in hand. Would like to patch it up and make it an offroad only dedicated trail rig.

Ugh, it's done. Not worth patching

Only thing that would be worth doing is to swap in a new frame, since the truck seems to be in decent condition. But then, are you ready to invest and do that?

If not, you better sell it for parts, sadly

Wow!! that is bad and pretty extensive. It may be salvageable, but the cost ,unless you can do it yourself,it probably won't be worth it. Is there anything of strength left on top of the frame rails and the sides in front of the spring hangers? Will a pointed hammer go through it? It looks like you have a saw mill operation there. I'll bet there is an mechanic there that would tackle that.

I guess it all depends on your attachment to it. Believe me, I've been there and done that....more than once.

I’m the primary mechanic, the wood you see is fire wood for the buildings, I’d love to do the work on it but timing is the thing, I have a business to run, and other vehicles to maintain so it’s hard to let it just sit in the garage when I have other things to do in there.

Yup, it all comes down to time and space doesn't it. Sometimes we have to set priorities.
