Sorry to hear you got F*CKED by Stevenson but I wish I could say I'm surprised...they are the worst dealers in Denver IMO. If you need a new one, Groove Toyota

Again a perfect example of the dealership providing workers not skilled in the tasks assigned to them...that’s a valid claim rather than a complaint and claims are always heard before complaints. You have the evidence to hang them by the balls that bolt for the diff. shows signs of being put on with an impact driver...and they can’t prove otherwise. File a claim in small claims court don’t need an attorney for that cost is mininial to file and since the dealer is a corporation they must be represented by an attorney and that will cost more than the repair itself...be surprised how fast they would be willing to settle up to avoid litigation. Really looks like you need a new frame to be right. The truck has full coverage right? Maybe file a claim with your insurer let them battle it out with the dealer since they damaged your property. Good luck its a shit sandwich let them take the first bite.

Don’t bother, the dealership will then bump it up to civil court making him get a lawyer.

The best thing to do is always always use an American Express card and better Visa/MC companies for purchases or services, then if this happens just charge it back. With Amex, the customer gets their money almost always.

But, in this case it may not apply because there was damage to the truck.

I get the taco back tomorrow. Here is the repaired frame.

Josh at Hooligan hooked me up and we made some sliders while we were at it. Full bolt on using existing frame holes. Built using all 3/16 plate and DOM tube. We set the angle to 20deg. All they need now is the infill panels and some dimple dyes. Gonna look sick.

He will be selling these on his website soon if anyone wants a set.
