Broken horn, need advice dealing with dealership

    While true, the service manager is being a bit of a prick for not taking care of the buyer of a $30k truck over the issue of a $10 horn.

    When I worked at Radio Shack in the late '80s, my regional manager's policy was for us to do ANYTHING the customer wanted up to $50.
    And we didn't sell $30k trucks.

    Haven't tested yet.

    They worked before and after I moved them. It wasn't until about a week after moving them did one quit.




    My thoughts exactly. He even went so far as to say Toyota puts the horns in a special place to protect them and that by moving them I ruined them. Really? In front of the radiator where rainwater can make unimpeded contact with them is a specially designed place for them? :jerkoff:
