If you're dying to reuse the vacuum clamps and don't want to go to eternal lasting silicone vac hose or don't want to just match it at the parts store and want to spend good money on precut preformed Toyota labeled vac hose, this the best way to get the OEM part numbers for this, go to partsouq.com and use your vin unless you know your chassis code, and in the engine section you will see vacuum piping diagrams. All of the part numbers will be available on that diagram. Lot of work unless someone has made up a kit.
I would have no problem using parts stor vac hose or the silicone and I'm a big oem guy

@cruiserguy Same here, but all of my local parts store don't have the correct size hose.

So what is it that you want to know or do then?
I've never not found vac hose, in a close enough size to use, in a parts store.

@cruiserguy I guess my parts stores suck. I just want the correct size so It will fit correctly and I can reuse the existing clamps. I dont want to buy OEM, but If I know the size I can find it.

This will have the sizes in mm and what it converts to in SAE and the info you seek but you will have to go through and do the individual hose amounts and of what sizes. But because you want to reuse the clamps you will want rubber vac hose and no silicone because silicone is walled thicker generally.
Without just ordering something off of someone's write up, it'll take a little leg work on your end. Otherwise order the silicone vac hose kits and screw those clamps anyways, just vacuum not coolant

@Wyoming09 Yes. I think the shops around me only have standard sizes. Which im sure can be converted to metric, but I rather get as close as I can to the original and find a metric hose.

To each there own What Ever makes you happy.

Do you also use the 4mm hard brake line instead of 3/16"

Yeah thats a vacuum line coming from the charcoal canister. Like others said it controls evaporative emissions (from gas evaporating in the tank) and then adds those fumes into the intake for combustion. If you're in a pinch you can use fuel line instead of trying to find a specific vac line. I did this when I replaced my charcoal canister a couple years ago and couldn't find any vac line that was the right size. I just took the hoses in and matched them up to ones in Autozone, and went a tad smaller cause the hoses stretch on the fittings so it's hard to get a true measurement.

@goldentaco03 I had no idea you could order universal parts from rock auto. I thought they were all vehicle specific. Thanks

Yeah theres a tab at the top for universal parts, it's great for clips, clamps, drain plug gaskets, hoses, etc...

Rockauto is the goat. Literally never heard of them until my coworker mentioned them for parts. Sure the customer service blows but the parts are reliable and the prices are great.

OP that hose is the simplest hose to replace in the engine bay. EVAP control diagram on the upper right side of the hood shows you the line. Runs from the intake over the spark plug wires and next to the throttle cable to the evap control.

I still go OEM for critical parts suspensions parts and anything I can't find on Rockauto. But my charcoal canister was less than $200 on rockauto I think and it was closer to $600 OEM. Great prices, and I like that theres more of a variety in brands/manufacturers than you get at Autozone.

Might have to get one of these
