    Warranty item...regardless of abuse or story around it.

    I beat the crap out of my driveline doing stupid shit all the time and at 94k have yet to have any issues.

    Heck last night I spent an hour trying to climb a snowy trail waiting for something to snap and it never did........

    I only know of one Sport rear to have ever been mutilated and that's because one tire was on the road and the other wasn't and extreme forces were applied very quickly do I say defect
