Ok ,so i bought a grill on ebay and the seller emailed me back saying that he never noticed that the bottom tab was broken of and he noticed this when he was gonna ship the item ... now my question is ...Is that tabb really necesarry or will the grill be loose al the time???

The seller is actually offering to drop the price just to finish the transaction...

    Lots.
What tab? Is there a picture? If it's one of the bottom clips that slides into it's female end that is attached to the truck one side of the grill might wiggle. It won't fall off because it's screwed in at the top.

get a pic of it and depending on if its still partially there you could put a screw threw it to hold it in place. it is not completely necessary it just wont be solid on the bottom.

yeah that tab can easily be recreated if its a major problem. but im sure that it wont be the two screws that the clips at the top should hold it, you may get a rattle without the bottom being secured
