    In all honesty, you are the first that I have ever heard of that has been through so many belts. Seems like the URD one, at this point, is the clear choice.

    I've also gone through 2 URD belts though, thats the problem and those ones are bloody expensive. And screech like a banshee, they don't fit very tight. I'm thinking though that the 4mm idler pulley increase will help with both belt sizes though.
