 Dude that's not just lowered, he's actually cut off a few inches of the entire body.. That's some serious dedication!

It's worth seeing, I love custom stuff like that, but I'm not going any lower, I need function over form.

Whether its your thing or not its a moot point, you've got to admire a persons passion in their project. Like me personally, I'll never own a classic or a muscle car, I love my new technology and computer controls too much. But I still respect and love going over those cars at classics meets.

Earlier this year (March 2012) I recieved the dreaded "Error 3" on my CD player one morning on route to work.

After some digging and help from 98Tacoma27 (he pointed me in the right direction) I discovered that my internal mechanism had jammed, rendering my 6-disk CD player nothing more then a sexy looking paperweight. Thank god for radio and Ipod.

I sourced a 2010 stereo head unit (non-JBL) from another member who had gone aftermarket and finally got it installed May 28th! :woot:

    Out with the old:

    In with the 2010 Stereo:

Now the newer 2010 version has Aux hookups, I have plans for a direct Ipod jack in the making! :D

I proceeded to murder my old stereo head unit to remove my trapped CD's, as I believe in never leaving a man behind. 5 could be saved, but alas, the 6th one was the crunched one that was stuck in the jam. The following destruction is my vented frustration from every electrical device that has ever wronged me.

    May 30, 2012:

Driving home on my long ass journey across the entire province (Aprox. 900km's) I hear what sounds like a gun shot and my exhaust noise triples in volume. And I get one of the dreaded Check Engine Lights.

Pulled over and read the code (Torque app again FTMFW), it's for my Exhaust sensor 2 bank 2 (drivers side rear sensor). I found the sensor dangling via the wires below my tacoma.

Turns out, the compound I used when I installed all my sensors into the DTLT's and the URD y-pipe was an anti-seize.. :anonymous:

I got the correct locktit when I got back into town, and redid my sensors. shouldn't have anymore sensors shooting out :D

You get used to it, +16 Degrees Celsius is tshirt and shorts weather to me, I was down in florida and it was +26, pool cleaning guy at the resort was in a winter jacket, I laughed at him when he looks right at me in just swim shorts and says, "your from canada aren't you".
