My Ipod classic 160GB froze to the point where the screen was grey with the apple symbol in the middle, I left it for half a day before I did the soft reset (hold middle button + menu) and now its showing I have an empty Ipod, no music of vids or anything. Except when I check the memory settings, it still says that I have 90 GB's taken up... ?

Did you have to fabricate the missing SC brackets and wiring harness?

Yup, I got a local shop to make them because they had to be bent brackets for clearance, couldn't just use straight ones.. about 180$ for them :(

Built my own complete wiring harness, it was just a bosche water pump, called company to get right connector, then wired to my battery and fuse box where I installed an in line fuse and relay for my ignition power.

Something about leaving my Tacoma half finished and unusable might've actually driven me over the deep end. It would've been finished eventually even if I gave up and had it towed to a performance shop

The "Fuck Yeah!" when it was all together and running was MUCH better than if you had taken it somewhere.

Gotta luv taking a major project breaking it down into managable tasks and start to work on the tasks one by one. The job gets finished quicker that way.

Lol I also did the entire install in my apartment complex's parking lot. Leaving my stall for the first time I skidded tires by complete accident and shot a lil dust at a complete stranger xD I appologized to him after.

And I needed a break in drive for my computer to re-map it's short term and long term constants, so me and some buddies took the the highway for a burger joint 25 km's away :D Twas a goooood fun drive haha
Yup, thats pretty much how my entire truck build has gone, order an upgrade, find time to put it in, order next upgrade... lol just wait till I sit down and write the next part of my build story, it contains accident #3

So just to be clear, you can buy x-runners in alberta? I thought it was a US
only item. I have yet to see any in vancouver, but lots of double cab long box
sports, everyone has them. Few off roads.
