Great looking truck. They look good with wheels.

The body gaps near the headlights would bother the shit out of me though. You would think for the premium price tag, the body gaps would be half way decent.

 

The body gaps near the headlights aren’t bad at all! It’s hard to make out but the headlights bevel in and perhaps make it look like large gaps. The gaps are better and more consistent than the 23 Pro I had. Overall the build quality is far superior to the 23 Pro actually. Body gaps varied and were large, missing paint, terrible camera quality, etc. My 16 Sport that was built in Texas also had excellent build quality. Gaps and paint were perfect. Exception being the sport hood was stamped a little asymmetrically (you couldn’t tell by looking at it).

With the new wheels/tires on, I'd say that is the best looking 4th gen I've seen yet. Glad to hear the manual with the new engine is good. As you break the engine in, give us an update how you like the manual trans!

This is exactly (more or less) what I "ordered" We shall see what the factory overlords do. Still as far as I know zero MTs delivered or allocated anywhere in TX. Beautiful truck. Stunning.

 

Wow, wasn't sure about the bronze on bronze but it's true, bronze wheels go with everything.

 

There are several things I dislike about the new gen, but I have to say that I really like this color! Enjoy your new ride.

 

This color is beautiful! Might be my favorite for the 4th gens.

 

Love that color also. If I was going to buy a new truck, I might finally go with that over my usual white. Just wish Toyota didn't suck so bad on interior choices. So expensive and such a hassle to change the seats, center consol, steering wheel and shift/ebrake boots. Unless you're a huge fan of black and grey, you're screwed.

 

it depends heavily on lighting. In direct sunlight it looks green. When it’s overcast it looks more bronze/brownish
