I don’t think it’s anything to worry about but I’m just making sure, any input from the experts would be appreciated

So another thing I have found is the passenger side timing chain between the two cams is loose on one side. I’m not sure if this is normal or not. The drivers side seems to be tight on both sides.

id probably take the time to check valve clearances on those two darker colored cylinders. Im going to guess they are tight.

How many miles on the truck?

Can you line up the timing marks and check the chain timing? Should be a mark on the timing cover down by the crank pulley.

    If you're worried about slack

Well from what I’ve read the main chain tensioner is spring loaded and the two upper tensioners are run by oil pressure so without the engine running they won’t be very tight
