Merry Christmas Ron. Hope you had a good time in AZ and look forward to seeing you again soon. I got a Timless Pints gift card for my bday so perhaps some beer hangs are in order.

Thank you for your kind words. I just play it smart. I always go with friends, for "just in case" purposes (and it's more fun). I don't drive past my limits. Airing down helps a lot. And for those tricky hill climbs I throw it into 2low - low gear with the LSD turned on :D

There is a yellow post campsite on the Idyllwild end of the trail. I really want to do an over nighter there but haven't yet.

That was an awesome day, still have all that mud on the truck plus a few more trips worth. Took a nail to the front left tire, but DiscountTires patched it for free! Oh and turned out Tim's battery was completely shot and that's why it wouldn't hold a charge, new battery fixed the problem.

It's a pretty fun and easy run, when there isn't snow that is. I've done it a couple times now and never had an issue, I'm curious how it is now that all the rain has had time to change the land

The wiring for my grill lights have been pretty spotty lately so I decided to pick up this little number and rewire it.

    Let's begin...

So problem number one was that the switch did not fit into the blank next to the steering wheel.
    image.jpg

After some sanding down I got it to fit. Here are all 3 settings after figuring out how to wire the bottom light to a fuse.
