Brushed Aluminum Look

i know a lot of guys on here go for the blacked out emblem look, but I wanted to share my emblems after hitting it with a Scott’s bright pad. Cool brushed aluminum look and anti chrome without being on the all black bandwagon.
Top: chrome
Bottom: brushed

Gunmetal, copper, bronze, etc to match your wheels, that would look awesome!

I was just prepping them for black paint when I discovered this so I’m on it too haha

 

Well, brushed stainless is a gunmetal finish, but I see what you're saying.

 

I’m not on the “black bandwagon” either. I did what looks best for my truck.

I for one actually painted my extra set I bought rather than plastidip to start with. 2nd, I have a silver taco and black is the best color contrast. Mine match the fender flares perfectly. But hey, to each their own. The brushed looks reasonable. Black for me though.

 

Wait til you see my idea for the roof rack....if it pans out. . ..
