Brute Force Fab 2nd Gen Rear Bumper Bracket

Anyone have an 05+ brute force fab bumper? I'm on my second bumper and this time around it didn't come with brackets for this part of the frame. Can anyone else confirm that they normally come with this L bracket or am I crazy?

Thanks for your reply. Yeah I found those brackets online but I swear the bumper actually came with a set of brackets that replace those if your truck didn't come with the tow package/tow hitch.
