Great choice, I do this plus the top coat on all my metal projects and they've turned out stellar!

Nothing too exciting... maybe a little rust
Same here, I found with my sliders that good prep work is worth an extra 3 coats too. Hit everything with sandpaper or a wire wheel and then wipe everything down with a good degreaser before priming and so far my sliders have made it a year with no need for touch up even.

I plan on doing the exact same with my bumpers once I get them.

Aren't these just 2x2 square pod cutouts?

Used the same on my SOS Concepts sliders, but added a top coat of Satin Black Rustoleum as well, color has held up really well compared to my buddy's sliders which he left with just the bedliner spray that went slightly gray after a while (including a run in Colorado that had a lot of light gray dust which might have had something to do with it too).

Q for those with rear bumpers with light cutouts, what lights fit?

As far as I know (can't say for certain as I'm still waiting for my bumpers) they are built for standard LED pods. Even though they are called 2x2 pods the actual full dimensions are a fair amount bigger. I'd bet @tacomgee or @Alfred could chime in since I have seen their bumpers in this or other threads with pods installed.

I run @Iggy lights on my truck. They fit perfect in my rear btuteforce bumper and I'm pretty sure they fit the front as well. @916TacoTruck and @Gply both have front bumpers that may be able to verify.

Hey all, is there a best way to contact Billy for a new order? Called the 559 number on the website but haven't heard back yet. I know he's a busy dude.

Standard 2x2 led pods fit Billy's square cutouts. The one on my truck in the photo are sidetracked off-road. Switching over to @Iggy lights for better light and build quality.

For those with a 5' bed cage made by Billy, do you have an approximate weight? Trying to plan rear suspension needs with an RTT. Thanks guys!
