I have duel swing outs and can have them both off in about 10 min. I would save yourself the hassle and just buy it how you want it in the end.

Well i only messed up the cut on one side. I think I can hide it easily with some sort of trim.

This thing is beefy. The guy who powder coated it told me numerous times this is the best built bumper he has ever done. I'm thrilled with it. Worth the wait, and the money.

Anyone have any idea on the best way to get in contact with the shop?

I've tried PM'ing their profile, though it doesn't seem they've been online in 4 years. Also tried submitting several requests through their website contact form, and no response either.

Give Billy a call, best way to get into contact with him. If he doesn't answer just leave a voicemail, he'll either call back or you can call him again. Best option sadly but he usually calls back within a few minutes, at least he has in my experience

559-900-6564 unless he has changed it recently

He is easier to get ahold of during the afternoons than the mornings. But he usually good about getting back to you even if you just text.

    Howdy,

I bought a used HC Bumper last week. I cleaned it up a little and installed it today.
First took off the old bumper and hitch, Then laid out the side for cutting.
Then Cut the sides and ground up to the line.
I painted all the exposed steel from cutting and installed edging. then I wrestled led this bitch up in the truck myself. Then I finally adjusted it and said enough LOL.
    .

I am having a few cold ones now and my back is cramping up hahah so maybe a few more coldies.
    Be Safe All,

Sorry for the way late response but I did end up getting ahold of him! Putting the deposit down later today, and he said its about a 3 month lead time right now, give or take. Should make for a nice Christmas present to myself.

Did you get this coated white yourself or did it come that way from Brute Force?

Hmmmm. I just put in an order for a 3rd Gen hybrid front bumper and rock sliders last Wednesday. Brute Force is for sure taking orders. 14 week lead time. You gotta text then give it a day or two then call. They are super busy!

Not on this forum anymore, no discount code. Already the cheapest or farest priced out there, for a great product. Just call and text as recommended above. Just a busy small shop. I got both my bumpers from Billy and I'd do it again. Highly recommend.

Anybody in this thread who has a Brute Force Bumper also have a winch installed? I am looking to purchase a reasonably priced non integrated solenoid winch with the 4.5x10 bolt pattern but I am having trouble coming up with results. So far all I have found is a MotoAlliance Viper.

yes I have his bumper and a winch installed on mine. 10k Smittylbuilt, solenoid is bolted towards the side and up top. I think I posted pics in here somewhere

    EDIT: post #561

on another note, I need to change the seal and bearing in my swingout. But I need to get the aluminum cap off somehow. Before I “get it off” I’d like to have another and the bearing/assembly to replace it. I want to add an alemite so that I can grease it in the future as well
