    Try and give him a call again at his new shop number. I left a message and Billy called back right away to answer my questions. What was nice - he took time out of his day to bullshit with me for 20 minutes about things other than trucks.

    Can't say enough about the quality of his stuff. He is also in the process of moving shops.

    Billy just called me the other day, this man is working hard at trying to continue his business by making bumpers, dealing with other people to get the bumpers done, and e-mailing and calling customers, and did I mention making bumpers and other items customers ordered. He is doing this by hemself. Question is do you want your order or do you want conversation. This is one of six phone calls I have received from Billy since I ordered my bumpers from him in October, some short conversations some over an hour, I don't mind and as a matter of fact IMO he did not have to call that many times but he gives a damn about what I want and ask me questions about how I want it, Billy calls when he can between making items for customers. He is top shelf, he is a hard worker, he is running a business by himself and still getting out his product sooner than others do and with custom features added. Like I mentioned in my first post Billy has a passion for what he is doing he is a fantastic welder and a gifted artist if you look at his work. Billy is Top Shelf and that may be why some people can't reach him. He is hard working he is fair and he is a very pleasent person to deal with and believe me I have delt with some real assholes during these mods. Billy has some help but he needs more his bumpers are popular but it is hard to get good help when you want them to do the kind of work you do. I say give him your business and he will come thru and you will be happy with what you spent your money on.

    Update: I talked to him ten days ago. Issue was resolved, explained, and apologized for. I want to add I was never upset about it just stating the facts.

    fasnel isnt a shipping company, theyll only throw your bumper on the truck if they have room for it after all their stuff. thats why mines taking so long as well
