I'm going to go with Toyo A/T's in 285/70/17.
I do way to much highway driving to justify mud terrains. :( But later in the future, I'm going to get some cheap steelies from Wheelers offroad and put some 285/70/16 km2's on them, and have them as my offroad tires! :D

Yeah, I've tried for two nights in a row to upload pics, for hours at a time, and TW just won't let me do it. It did a whole bunch and then it just stopped letting me, so I don't know whats the problem.:eek:

Also, when I use photobucket, it resizes the pics so small you can barley see them when i post them. I'll play around with it when I have more freetime. Wait, what that? free time? :p

    Off topic rant:

Wifes 02 4Runner, 108k miles, timing belt has never been changed. last month I noticed the distinct smell of a coolant leak. Checked the level, it was just a hair low, so I refilled it & checked for leaks, none to be found. Friday night, I changed the oil in it & still notice the smell & recheck the coolant level, it is slightlly low. I decide that it is time to replace the T-belt & water pump, since I can't see a leak anywhere, it must be the water pump leaking. I rounded up all of my parts Saturday after work & before Halloween stuff with the kids & got started Sunday morning. First thing I noticed once I got the fan shroud off was a small but obvious leak in the radiator, o'well I will take it to the radiator shop on monday morning & have it repaired, but there goes finishing the job in one day. Then all went well untill I got to the Harmonic balancer. The bolt is extremlly tight. I had to run to work & fab up a tool to hold the crank pulley still so I could break the bolt loose, took about 2 hours from the time I left the house untill I got back home. Finally get the bolt out, can't seem to get the crank pulley off, Where is my harmonic balancer puller? OOppps, loaned it to a guy at work 6 months ago, called him several times, no ansewer. Drove 30 miles to my dads & borrowed his. No tapped holes in the ballancer?? Back to work for some all thread. Finally get the balncer off. Water pump was also leaking. After all of these delays, it is now 10 pm, still haven't gotten the old T-belt off. F-it I am going to bed. Wife & kids took my taco today, I am borrowing a truck from work, 03 2500 silverado 6.0L w/ 172K miles. It is a fat nasty pig!! I take the radiator to the shop & of course, they can't fix it, bought one from Napa ($212).
So I am fixing to head home from work & try to pull an all nighter on this F**king piece of s**t. I damn well hope I have better luck than yesterday!!

    End rant.

Andy and I told my sister's creeper X- bf to back the f off when he was hammered and he filed assault charges against my sister and I I guess. He is the ultimate example of a d-d-d-douche bag.

x2, I always make sure to let my little sisters bf's know who is boss from the get go, Good job sticking up for her.

Things went much better with the 4Runner last night, Andy came & helped alot, much thanks to him, I am damn close to being finished with this job. All I need is to pick up some radiator hoses today, add coolant & I am done.

    list of parts replaced:

    t-belt
    water pump
    seals
    idlers pulley
    tensioner pulley
    radiator
    accessory belts (3)
    radiator hoses

    Total cost $560

I am also going to replace the spark plugs, air filter, atf & diff oil tonight, I shouldn't need to mess with her truck again for awhile.

Good job on the 4 runner! hope it all works out alright lol. Ya, it kinda sucks. The dean was real cool and told me he knew the guy is a prick ( in his own nice words) and that anytime he was doing something to my sister I was more than welcome to step in. Physical violence excluded UNLESS he starts it. Then he said I am welcome to it lol

If anyone is interested, I can show you guys how to do the 886 fog light bulbs in the reverse lights. I say it is twice as bright & only cost $10-12. Just pick any brand of 886 fog light bulbs from the auto parts store & I can cut them for you. I tried to find some silverstars but had no luck, so I just used the Eiko brand they had at O'Riely's. Mod took me about 20min. for both sides first time around.
