Alright I’ll definitely mention my plans. I’m hoping I’m out there for at least 2 nights so I can scope one or two of the neighborhoods

Capital hill is one that is a standout for the wife. My office would be in Bellevue and I’d like to keep the commute manageable so i can stay focused on work. Honestly anything that has super high walk scores and we are willing to entertain it. Capital hill seems fairly nice on paper

If you want to spend $1mil on a very tiny place then capital hill would be a winner.

If your looking at real estate around here add $75k to asking price and that's would be close.

Yea so it’s expensive for sure which is a major drawback. But being able to link up and see some hoods would be nice.

There are still some pockets of "reasonable" prices but everything is going for over asking price in just about all of King County.

Renting is slightly easier so your in luck but Capitol Hill willl still be spendy.

I now understand doing it for the 'gram. How'd your bumper repaint go?

Doing it for the gram is a real phenomenon!

It actually went shit at first because I was trying to use a lower grade paint. Then I went back to the “universal” rustoleum at $6 a can. After that I think it came out pretty bitchin! But Im still a believer in powder coating it just holds up much longer if done correctly
