    This type of thing is one reason why you don't have to pull over for un-marked cars in Florida. Happens a lot. People put lights in their car and pull people over to fuck around with em (this case), or worse, rob them.

    Advice- If you get 'lit up' by an un-marked car (here in Florida), dont pull over immediately. Call the police and explain the situation, the dispatcher will be able to confirm that you are being pulled over by a real cop or not.
