    Yeah it's a Toyota dealership, no video just told me over the phone. I wasn't that skeptical because it looks like someone tried to patch it in the past. I would hate to spend the unnecessary money but if I drop it to replace to charcoal canister and the filler neck and hoses I might as well have a replacement tank ready to go in.
