    Thanks for the info.
I'll get the bushings in the vice to get them apart. I could not get them to twist on the sleeve by hand.
The Diamond axle has a much larger flat area to weld the bracket.

I'll get some pics up when I install it next Saturday.

    Thanks for the replies.

Diamond axle? Your not running a stock tacoma axle?

Any updates Ritchie? Did you get the bushings apart?

No updates. I'll work on it this weekend.
As for the bushings, they do not separate... yet.
There is quite a bit of grinding to do before installing it. The welds on the trac bar are awful, look like bird shit. Once ground down to look presentable, I'll finish up the install. I have yet to measure the cross member for the 47" distance from the diff to the CM.
If I need to fab one, I will which takes more time, that I don't have.

    More to follow.

So I worked on the trac bar on Sunday.
I did get the bushings apart... snug little bastards which were stuck on the crush sleeves.
I cleaned up all of the welds and had to cut 10" out of the track bar as it was too long. As for the axle bracket, I had to further elongate the elongated hole down 1/2" to accept the upper arm of the bar. I'll get everything painted this weekend.
The install will happen after I rework my exhaust. My muffler is in the way now.

Here is a pic of the 10" shorter trac bar. All parts are cleaned & painted. I'm hoping to get the exhaust re-worked sometime this week.
At this point, the install will be quick.

So I installed the trac bar along with new exhaust. Went with a Flow Master 50 Series Delta. Much quieter than my previous rusted Magna Flow.
    Trac bar is amazing.

@Ritchie Hows the trac bar treating you? I'm thinking of ordering one up (from Ruffstuff though) and you're also SAS

    This piece is amazing.
Honestly, If I were to begin a new build that included aftermarket leafs, this would be included in that swap. This is a must have item for softer leafs.
It is built for an extra cab which is why I shortened it 10".

Finally put mine one, FINALLY! Ran out of sunlight so will have to get back under it tomorrow to tighten some things up, make some adjustments. Did any of you feel like the perceived spring rate of the rear leafs goes up after this mod? Feels so weird to not have the clunk when stopping/going.
