I noticed today that there was a 29.95 charge on my debit card for a Budget Savers out of Minnesota. I never signed on for that. I went to their website but there wasn't a number. After a few more searches I tracked down a 800 number that was able to get me in touch with the asshats. When the rep answered the phone she already knew my name and address.. The billing has been going on since Oct 2010. Somehow I haven't noticed. I canceled the account I supposedly signed on for and requested the money to be remitted. She said a refund form will be sent to me in 5-10 days. How can I go forward with recovering my money if the form doesn't work? Obviously I will be getting a new account. F'n scammers. :annoyed:
