Right now after driving about 10 miles, the dakars gave me 3" in the back, and up front is set at 2.5" from icons. I will tweak it next weekend. Numbers with fibermax cover and full tank: DF: 23 3/8"/DR: 24 5/8"; PF: 23 11/16"/PR: 25 3/16"

Any feedback on adjustments or am I good like it is? Took about 7 hours to install everything and adjust. I have a take off shudder from 7-9 mph so any help with that would be appreciated. I did install 3 degree shims and re torqued everything.

Anyone with thoughts, or just let the dakars settle and see if the vibes settle?

Very nice setup - I have one suggestion since you have the ICON arms: http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/deals-coupons/287829-icon-uni-ball-upper-arm-cover-pre-orders.html

The covers will help keep the uniball cleaner

Did you also install the OME carrier bearing spacer? http://toyteclifts.3dcartstores.com/Driveshaft-Carrier-Bearing-Drop-Kit-05-UP-Tacoma_p_168.html

Haven't installed the carrier bearing drop yet, guess I need to try it. I did order those icon caps, can't wait to get those on. Thanks.

So I went out and adjusted the icons some more and can't seem to get the taco lean out without taking my drivers side shock down too far. Right now the measures are DF: 23 3/16 (2.25" thread showing); and PF: 23 1/2 (1 11/16" thread showing) makes it a little over .5" difference in threads. The DF still has 2 3/8" of travel left though.
Anyway, going to get the wheels and tires on Friday. Got the VSC checked at the dealer today and no issues.
Carrier bearing drop and superbumps go on next Thursday. Hopefully the drop will get rid of my 7-9 mph shudder.

Nice job. Did you get the 7-9 mph shudder problem solved?

    Update:
Just installed the CB drop and test drove it. Seems like it got rid of 75% of the 7-9 mph shudder, now I just have a very slight vibe at 7mph. I can live with that. After 2 weeks of settling, numbers on lift as follows: driver front: 23 3/8"; passenger front: 23 7/8"; dakars in rear gave me 25" ( a little over 3"). Happy how everything has turned out. Thanks everyone for the help!

Edit: shudder is back and a little worse. Took the CB drop off and ordered the ECGS bushing for the front, the shudder goes away when 4X4 is engaged., so this should correct the front diff vibe.
