Build! 2015 DC 4x4 Sound System Install w/ stock HU

I only paid $1000 cash no tax for all the speakers and bit10, amps I already had, and for the sub I got %25 off at pacific audio.com, so as you put it $3000 that's way too much, I rather spend the extra $300 or $400 to get the best stuff then to wish I had later, so instead of paying $400 for the bit ten I should have spent $200 for audio control? Also $400 for the front components compared to $300 plus tax for some other decent speakers? see why I added the extra cash because i didn't pay $650 plus tax I paid $400 cash for the Hertz xl650 hope I make sense. and I wouldn't charge you to listen to it. Just pay a little extra if you can because your already looking near a $1000 for a decent setup, whats another $300 just my thoughts

 

Cheapest i found that sub enclosure is $500.
Front speakers $500, rears $265, Bit10 $275, still need a 5 channel amp and wiring so lookin at about $2300 self installed. Thats really not that bad if figuring saved well over $1,000 on the navigation upgrade through the seller on here. It was only $450 and i sold the plus for $300 on Ebay. Dealership wanted $1300 and i wouldnt have got $300 for the Plus that way.

 

500 for a sub enclosure ?

 

Where did you manage to find a place that will sell you the Bit 10 for $275 and still charge you $500 for the Hi Energy XL's for $500? I know what dealer cost is on those items and those discounts don't match up at all.

 

500 is a fare price but than what id be willing to pay for the hertz xl's
