Wiring harness for the lights, and an AC recharge. Might take the truck next week to do both.

My AC needs a recharge. Does that mean that the system is leaking? I recharged around this same time of year in 2018.

Its pretty common to lose a little refrigerant over a period if time. If its a fast leak, youll have to find and fix whatever is leaking. If its a slow leak, you can stay ahead of it by just recharging every now and then.

Some ac leak repairs can be expensive. Often times its cheaper to just recharge as needed. If its leaking really fast then you'd be stuck and have to fix it no matter how expensive (if you want it to work)

Is a leak that happened over 12 months considered fast or slow? It still blows cold air out, but that’s after about 30 minutes of driving.

    Hey Matt -

Nice build! Noticed that you've gone and back and forth between Kings and Icons. Can you give me your general opinion/assessment between the two?

My vehicle is a part time DD/weekend warrior.

    Thanks!

Thats still pretty slow. Depends on how much you need to use the ac. If its only working for a week or two between recharges and you're sweating balls then you gotta get in there and find the leak. If you only really need ac in the summer (like up here) then you can just recharge once a yr

Sometimes finding the leak can be tough. Big leaks leave a lot of evidence behind when they come gushing out, slow leaks can be a pain because all the hoses and fittings will look clean and dry and you won't even know where to start looking. We've got electronic refrigerant Leak Detectors that we use but they don't always work

Hey thanks I really appreciate it:fistbump:

I’ll start with icons first set 2.5 non resi 650lbs springs were stiff on road great in dirt.
This setup with 700lbs springs and resi rides like a damn dream very plush and soft on both.

Kings imho are better built thicker top hat, the finish, the smaller details. However the set I had with 700lbs springs and clickers were hella stiff to my liking even on the softest setting. Didn’t have to much preload on them either but they did perform great I’m just picky.

Rear shocks all 3 sets I’ve had performed flawless the icon 2.0 felt like a billy 5100 to me.

If I had to do it again I’d go ahead and pony up for some custom valved Kings or ADS hope this helps you. If you have anymore questions I’d be all to happy to help you.

Like a loud "WOOOOOOSH" or "POP" followed by a "whoosh".

Could be old o-rings that release a little more than normal when outside temps are cold/hot

    Morning, everyone!

Gonna pack for my trucks inaugural #EAF first camping trip tomorrow. Also, need to update my monthly budget and work out a trail ride safety brief for the run Saturday.
