Ya same here she’s way smarter than myself.

Dude congrats on starting getting fit again it’s tougher now that I’m older for sure. I used to be a gym rat in my youth and was easy staying slim being active duty and we were a lot more active. When I hit 30 my metabolism crashed and still working out put on weight then had some injury’s happens and took a longtime off. Been a cycle of going hard and aggravate the injuries, heal and repeat.
Now I’m doing high volume but at a medium weight been going hard for 1.5 months solid and feel great.

Yeah sounds like we both “married up”!

I was really doing well at the gym and feeling great right around 30 then I screwed my knee up and it brought everything to a halt. I made a big job change and moved right after that and have been swallowed up with work and family stuff but I need to take care of my health so I can be the best version of me to be here for my peoples! I would say 35 was my big tipping point where the metabolism crashed and I have slowly been gaining weight and losing energy. I’ll try to report back on progress. Hold me accountable!

Haven’t even started going to the gym yet. They open in about a week and a half. I’ve just been getting up around 7 to run in the morning

Ducked out of work early for union business today boss was off and weather not so good.
Anyhow had some time to kill treat the truck to a tire rotate/balance and alignment cause it’s free.
Got it done Goodyear tried to hustle me:rolleyes: said pay X amount and my 3 year alignment was up by one week.
Mind you never told it was up prior to handing keys over or email notifying me. Good thing I keep all my contract receipts pulled that bisch out and low and behold I’m good till oct. 31:D. Didn’t pay a cent.

It pays to be organized! I got a lifetime alignment from Brake Check. I caught it on a sale and then had a coupon on top of that. Can’t remember exactly what I paid at the moment but I want to say around $100.
