    Glad you like it. :) Should maybe make the winch perform better too. Thing I noticed too was the sound of the alternator changed up some once it got cold up here. Never sounded like that last year iicr

    the alt-s fuse this new one replaces it. Not recommended for a traditional lead acid battery.

    Get one when the time comes I have a lower end one from autozone in 24F it still outperforms the 27F oem one I pulled out spec wise.

    I had the option to buy one of those yellow or red top batteries a couple months ago when my OEM one took a dump. Should’ve spent the extra money.

    I’d recommend get a northstar they have the best reviews.
    oem went belly up over summer I now have a duralast platinum 24F.

    Well, interesting. My Toyota second OEM died the night before I took the wrong trip to SA. So, in a hurry, I went to AutoZone and paid for the best one they had - DuraLast Gold 27F-DLG. That's NOT a lead acid?
    So, maybe you can tell me the fuse secret? I won't hurt anyone, promise!

    I’m not sure Kurt the battery itself will have agm on the sticker but here’s the thread for the info on it. Darn thing was 90$ for a dang fuse but worth it. Took 25 days to get also.

    Your welcome, the alternator isn’t the issue it’s the ecm that regulates everything this some how increases it. Now it’s 14.7 before was 13.9-14.1.
