    It’s pretty beefy.
    I did go the last 2 days in the afternoon to be honest not a fan. My motivation is low after work and the commute so I don’t push myself like in the mornings. I’ll ride it out till end of next week to see if I get used to it.

    I am the opposite about the work schedule. I feel like I have so much on my plate each morning that I feel rushed through the workout. I guess I could get up earlier...:anonymous:

    Going after work allowed me to focus and take my time though since my day was pretty much done. I’ll keep trying and see how it works out.
