That looks bad ass. I'm just curious if its to tight to the body, as in when you get some flex off road that it will eat some panels. Idk
Definitely a sweet looking bumper though. Nice build

That's impressive. I like the contours you have given it. Like some others I'm not a big fan of the hoops but still looks good.

Very nice. Different from most of the current bumper designs out there for sure. I'd prefer the winch opening where your logo is though to minimize strain on your rope when winching.

    Nice. I like the triple.

I like the height too. I wish my hoops were a little bit higher so I can see it over the hood. Makes it a little easier to judge when squeezing through trees.

I am trimming it a little to give some clearance to clear body. I wanted it to look like a factory bumper would but flex will be an issue.

As far as moving center hoop I don't think it will look right. The hoops have to go on angles of bumper or it will look terrible. If they went past those angles/bumps the center hoop would look out of place...

This bumper is about 110lbs. Like I said it has a 1/4 winch plate and 3/16 shell. I can reduce the weight by 20% if I went with 1/8 shell. Strength or weight.. The great thing is I can offer 3/16 or 1/8 shell.

Still unsure about offering as a kit. i qc everything that leaves my shop and the price point of a kit will be on the expensive side for those trying to save money. (I have a lot into laser and forming fees since I outsource that portion of my build)

Oops I get what he was saying. I can widen the center hoop by 2" on each side.

Would a 1/8 inch shell be comparable to the strength of the factory bumper? Can it be done without the winch plate?

Agreed. Widen the center hoop and angle the sides to follow the grille contours. And adjust the height to be just visible from the driver seat.

I'd like this in 1/8th inch with a hitch receiver instead of winch mount.

Probably the best looking 2nd gen bumper I've seen IMO.

Thanks. Not sure about adding a hitch mount the never look right imo.
It can be done in 10g without a problem. It will reduce overall weight by 20% +/-

I'm really interested in this bumper, especially made as light as possible as I don't want a winch, I don't rock crawl, and mostly need something equal or better protectionwise than factory and looks way better. Will there be some ability to customize as far as openings for lights, etc.? I would rather have an opening for a 20-30in lightbar where it currently says trailworx and maybe have trailworx in the area that would normally have the opening for the winch. Made as light as possible.

When do you think you will be producing these? I will be in Dallas in November and think this would be a perfect Xmas present to myself.

I like how closely it fits the contours of the truck.

Any way to mount a light bar in it instead of the "trailwork" and cutouts?

Any pics of the finished product?
