So I posted a couple weeks back about wanting to put a 50" curved light bar and got zero responses. Well after doing some looking and figuring. I realized it wasn't going to work. So I decided that since I already had a 30" mounted on my ARB that I would re use that and put a 12" bar on each side or the 30" in my new bumper and recess them and mount the winch below it. Well here is the progress from day 1. Now the tools I have used is a Hypotherm 65 plasma cutter a miller Matic 211 a dewalt grinder and cold beverages. I'll have to load pics here in a bit but I have the frame all done the base box and one side all boxed in.

    It's a 2 man lift. It is 3/16 plate. Probably 125?

Ok well here are the pictures it's finally done. The light bars are mounted the way I wanted them to be. It all turned out awesome and met or exceeded all of expectations and design ideas. Worst part of the whole thing was grinding it all smooth. And getting all of my plans to work out together. With tha 9k winch in the bumper and the 30" light bar across the front and the 12's on the side. It is pretty slick I plan on taking some good daytime pictures tomorrow

Me and a buddy have 4 days in it two full weekends. It was a lot of work and I started to hate it but the minute I finally bolted it up and it was complete it was worth it

Would you be willing to build for potential customers? I really like that design.

    1. I like the light setup a lot! But 2. How do you access the controls for the winch? And while I'm not 100% familiar with all the stresses that go into winching, it seems to me that having the fairlead face downward like that would add excess stress when winching.. Maybe not ? Anyone with more knowledge please comment

What would be your price for that exact build? Would the light bars come with ? If not how much were the bars? I really am digging this build bro
