    @AR15xAR10 order the axle seals or get them locally. Better to have them in the case you need them and then return them if you end up not needing.

    Ehhhh, that's debatable. If you have the extra money and time and the skill to do those, great, but I highly doubt your truck would need those replaced this soon. The pinion bearing/diff makes sense I guess since you weren't exactly easy on it and you have the mech LSD which puts more stress on it AND you've had to replace the pinion seal once before this whole fiasco, so that'd lead me to believe the pinion bearing or diff has been in bad shape or misaligned or mis-torqued possibly.

    It may have not had the proper torque put on it when the guy put they first replacement pinion seal in. Many variables are unknown. Who knows

    How do the bearings seem? Anyway to test them?

    Like I said, definitely buy the seals, buy the bearings and return them if you don't need them.
