    Am I correct in assuming that you need to swap in a new diff because you nuked your stock one? If so we're in good shape because I can do that with my eyes closed at this point. :D
    The only thing I'm not well versed in is bleeding the brakes - I had Dennis @TOYTONKA help me by doing that part. :oops:

    I bought axle seals just in case. I some how feel my luck will be that one will fail after everything is back together, then my shoes will be totaled...which I can't really afford to rebuild the rear brakes right now.

    My understanding is that the half shafts have to come all the way out to replace the axle seals. Also that the bearings are pressed on/off so I cannot do that either.

    I highly doubt we'd need to replace those seals. When I replaced my snapped drivers side shaft with a junkyard shaft I used the seal that came on it & it's fine. ;)
