That’s wiiiiild! People swear by those tires too. I have a good friend who runs the STT Pros on his diesel and he loves them.

 

Yeah, they have the beefier sidewall too. I think you might have pointed that out to me.

 

Ahhh right, sorry I have the memory of a goldfish lol.

I feel like those are sooo beefy, that I could run those in 265 and be happy without feeling the need for 285’s.

However, the other side of me feels/knows that once we get my wife a new vehicular transport and we have a second reliable DD, I’m probably going to start doing silly things to the truck. The urge will be there at least.

 

I expected simple tire to be fast I ordered on the 9th and it says they wont be delivered until the 16th

 

What tires did you order? I think I missed it. ST maxxes again?

ive had 3 sets of st maxx and each one lasted to 60k miles? hell one set got all my offroad abuse and with my front end being messed up becuase came bolts.... half the tire wasnt even being used for awhile lmao

 

thats is a thing because of the tread design it happens when they get over 20k miles for some reason i just got use to that part lol

 

For me they pulled from almost day one

 

geez thats nuts! ive never had that nor anyone i know that runs those! with that said i wont be going back to them since they are heavy and e load! i want c load tires since im not wheeling no more lol.

I ordered from them on a Tuesday and the tire shop had them by Friday…

Not sure if it would have taken longer if I had them shipped to my house though

 

I imagine its because i did ship to home. I hate shipping to a tire shop.

The last time I brought tires to my favorite shop, the owner joked that i was “bringing steak to the steakhouse”

 

I actually always had them shipped to my house and it was super fast. It’s been a bit since I’ve ordered from them though so maybe things have changed.

 

Just got tracking info for all four and it says saturday morning
