Love the hammer and the boots. I bought a cheap $6 20oz hammer at lowes, but eventually I'll pick one of those up.

 

For work boots I like the Red Wings, last a good while and stay relatively waterproof. But for hiking and sport type boots, I like the Merrels I have.

 

Ill be looking for new hikers this year. I love the merrel jungle mocks, been through a couple pairs.
What Merrel hikers do you have?

 

They were a less expensive pair, but are pretty lightweight and waterproof; "Merrel Phoenix Mid" hiking boot. They have the Moab and Moab 2.0 which look good also, bought the Phoenix because it was on sale I think

 

Estwing is the best name in hammers period. That hammer should last me the rest of my life.

 

Rode 114.6 miles this evening.

 

Nice, was nice out today. Drove around a bit, but so many damn slow people going under the speed limit. So annoying, I can only imagine how much worse it'd be on a bike if I wasn't able to pass them

 

Passed two tractor trailers on a two lane road this evening with more than plenty enough passing zone and the second one gave me the finger when I went by. Not sure what that was all about.

 

Yeah I don't know why people are so angered or against letting people that can actually go the speed limit or faster past them, especially motorcycles, people flip out about lane splitting. I think I used to not like the lane splitting stuff, but then when I watched some motovloggers and started driving I changed my mind about that.
