I had a 82 Toyo p/u back in the day. I was looking at my 17 yesterday, the latch on the door jam looks very close to the one in the 82......... If it is the same or close, the door latch makes a handy bottle opener, stick the bottle in at a angle and push down:D Came in handy back in my drink'en days. Be careful not to stick the bottle up to far or you can break the neck or chip the lip. Hook just the cap and push down. Once you do it acouple of times no sweat. I have not tried it on the 17 but might still work.............You can also use a Bic lighter to open a bottle.........

You don’t use your teeth like the rest of us? Perhaps once I lose them all from drinking I can find a suitable replacement on my truck.

Anything can be a bottle opener if you're desperate, i have the ATH bed reinforcements but I use pliers more often than that. Or cans, cause they make a hell of a lot more sense.

Be considerate man, when you toss empty bottles out the window they break and give people flat tires. Cans are the way to go.

How reckless can you be? That’s what the beds for. Toyota even gave you a rear window for this specific reason. Smh.

Not me man. I hate people that litter. Lazy fuckers.
And I usually drink twist-offs. Cheaper and resealable.

Never drink & drive. It’s so dangerous. Take sips at red lights & stop signs.

The latch inside the arm rest works well, just have to put the bottle kind of inside and use the right angle so you dont spill any.

That’s what the square cutout in the flat part of the seatbelt is for. Great bottle opener! :D
