bulb spec for map light

I feel a bit silly, but I haven't been able to find the bulb spec for the map light on a truck I recently inherited. The truck came without a bulb, so I can't do the obvious thing and read it or bring it to the store. I haven't found anything so far on this forum, although I wouldn't be surprised if I overlooked it, since I'm new to this space.

The truck is a 1997 Toyota Tacoma 4WD (4 Cylinders M 2.7L MFI DOHC 164 CID)

The truck is pretty basic, and this is the only interior light. As far as I can tell, it's referred to as a map light.

Any thoughts? Bonus points if you can direct me to an LED replacement. Thank in advance!

Thanks for the tip! I found some time yesterday to do some more searching. The nice folks at O'Reilly let me test a few different bulbs until I found the right one. It turns out the incandescent bulb is a DE3022, and it's listed as a dome light, not a map light.


Then, I managed to find this video
, which explains changing the light to an LED on a 1st gen, but the size isn't correct for my truck. The length of the DE3022 is 1.1" or ~ 28mm. The 31mm size he recommends definitely wouldn't fit in the light fixture I have, so I ordered the same LED as in the video but in 28mm size. I'll report back if it works without any additional mods.
