What is the practicality of these ugly looking "Bull Bars"???
Can't throw a rope on it, doesn't do jack as a full brush guard, actually DECREASES approach angle, no way to support a winch(the ones i've seen),
any impact to the front, and that thing can do more harm pushing into your oil cooler/radiator/etc.

The only semi-purposeful use I have seen is using it to mount LED bars/lights/etc.

Probably wont even do much of a good job there:p:p:p:p... Just decided to save my money and get a half bumper ("hybrid bumper") with a built in light bar area and winch capabilities... Costs a bit more ($500+) but actually serves a utilitarian purpose...

Get this. A bull bar is a terrible cheap idea that offers zero protection and cannot withstand any winching. C4 Fabrication. The SSO although very similar the bar is too close to the grill, the c4 actually protrudes out.

they're almost always ugly as sin.
made of weak material and just multiply damage if you're in a collision.
and they make the already lousy approach angle even worse.

Get a proper plate bumper if you want protection and to add a winch.

No, it makes me sad because that's basically the 3rd gen equivalent of my 2nd gen, and my 3rd gen doesn't look like that and it looks really good. I miss having the lift / ARB / beadlocks on my truck.

There is a Bull Bar with a winch.. from Southern Style Off Road. And it is slim so it does not stick out like 4 feet. Everyone needs to Google Southern Style Off Road.... They do everything Toyota.. Tacoma, 4Runner, Tundra and the Lexus GX Model.
