Bw s256 turbo with 3 in glass pack dumped pre axle raptor liner bed and top rails and fenderflares and rocker panels. Hunter side steps. Plasti-dipped upper fenders and emblems. satin black spray paint here and there inside and out. 5100's set to 1.75" up front . C channel front bumper. Maxxis bighorn 255/85/16
I like em but I'm a rare breed on here. most are gonna say just get a light bar or get a real bumper. I think it brings the front end together tho, black of course.

Save your money. No advantages. Decrease ground clearance and approach angle and causes more damage in a crash than you would without.

No Bull Bar> Bull Bar. Some people like 'em, but IMO they serve little to no purpose. Unless you count additional body damage in a fender bender, then they are really effective.

Might as well get 2 soda cans and tape them to your front bumper its a lot cheaper and falls off in a fender Bender causing less damage

I have one and I don't like it....but it serves a single purpose for me:

The intent was to protect from morons in our parking lot who REGULARLY park by "feel"...meaning, they keep inching up until they hit something. I don't know what it is, but I see it at least once a week and have been victim a few times......so that was it's purpose.

I glued some foam type material to the backside of the upper bar for when they hit me hard enough and the top of the bull bar actually articulates INTO my bumper (it makes contact). So the foam strip gives a little cushion there and causes no paint damage. I have to go out there and articulate it back into place and snug up the bolts tho, when it happens. ANNOYING.

For the rear: I leave the trailer hitch on and hope for the best.

They appear to be popular in the south and Midwest. You dont see many here in SoCal.

I think (like chrome) bull bars are going out of style. It just takes the south a little longer to catch up with current trends.

People in the west have been removing their chrome for over 10 years and some people in the south still add chrome accessories. One day they will realise how goofy it looks. I think the same will happen with bull bars.

(I make these observations based on my experiences living in SoCal and South Carolina.)

I was driving down the highway the other day. I had seen a Double Cab Tacoma that had one. I gagged a little bit. They had Texas license plate and then I just laughed.

Depends on what you're using it for....

    NOT GOOD for offroading

I have one that I've mounted PIAA lights on it. That's the only reason I have it..... I wouldn't buy one just for looks. It serves a purpose (for me).

DUMB REAL DUMB. If you live in a ranch or farm and actually use it to move cattle out of the way or something like that I would say it serves it purpose. I see folks in the city driving around with these stupid looking front bumpers and they never go anywhere's near brush or any animals. LOL :p
