    Mostly stock with a few minor mods.
    Mine will zig zag back and forth with bumps in the road if I take my hands off the wheel. Wheel will tip left and start to go then hit another road imperfection and tip right and go right. Kind of weird. 99% it's my tires. Got some new ones coming. Hoping things change. I'm 100% stock suspension.

    Can the tie rods being different lengths cause bump steer, even though the alignment is good?

    No, that would not cause bumpsteer. As long as your alignment specs are good (toe, specifically), leave your tie rods as they are.
