I've read through the many bump stop posts but I'm looking for an inexpensive replacement for a relatively stock truck (23 Off Road). I'll run 6112/5100 later. Has anyone tried these in the front:
Amazon.com: Energy Suspension - 8.9104G REAR BUMP STOPS : Automotive

They work on the front of my 21 4Runner and I'm wondering if anyone has tried these on our Tacomas?

I'm also looking for an inexpensive rear replacement that could be done with minimum modifications. For the 4Runner the Lexus 460 has a progressive bump stop that bolts right in. It was a nice upgrade. I was wondering if anyone had found a similar type swap for the Tacoma rears?

the Durobumps are dual durometer and nice. I have them in the rear only, I haven't yet installed the fronts (waiting to get funds for full front end). The stocks are terribly hard, especially with the flimsy OE spring pack, and I would address that first.

I concur and have the durobumps front and rear.... expensive af. Are a good improvement over stock, however they don't fix very soft springs. I think of them more as a suspension compliment and if I could go back in time I think I would do leaves first then bump stops

great point and I agree! The durobumps (or any "upgraded") are no replacement for a proper leaf spring pack.

Do those fit on our Tacoma's at stock height? I put them on my 4Runner and they work great so far but it has an inch lift to the front.

What did you do for the rears?

@5Sport - Did you ever sort yous out?

The OEM FRONT Bump stops in the front are quite harsh.

I saw the below bump stops suggested here. What did you end-up doing?

I am stock height and will remain so... (I have the +1 from the factory on the PRO).

Anyone else using these? Any feedback?

I havent done anything on the Tacoma. It works well on the 4Runner. When I drop new shocks on the front I'll do the Energy Suspension stops. Still trying to figure out what I want to do on the rear but it needs something. The rear hits hard

+1 on Durobumps. We are looking at putting together a group buy as a new dealer for Durobumps if anyone’s is interested. if we can get 5-10 sets should be able to pass on a nice deal. Send me a DM if interested.

What size lift are you running? I have around 1.3" up front and I was wondering if these would be a good fit. Thanks!

Thanks for the recommendation. I ordered a set for the front.
I was going to go sumo to match my rear bump stops. But Perry looks pretty good at half the price.

Though if the Perry ones aren't good I'm blaming you lol

I would say yes because these trucks hit the bump stops more than we think. Potholes, speedbumps and bad roads I think they helped a lot. I'm lifted on 5100s 2 in front and a 1 inch rear. The ride is great, did I need new bump stops, probably not but to answer your question. Yes it did help.
