2018 mgm trd offroad

New to the forum. Just traded 2011 tundra for a 2018 trd off road. Want to add some front end protection. A bull bar at the least but maybe a bumper or grill protector. Everything I’ve looked at says they could interfere with the safety senors. Anybody have anything like this that won’t require any mods to the sensors? Don’t want any issues insurance should something happen. Thanks in advance for any replies
