Bumper Identification

I am looking to increase my mpg and these bumpers are obviously not helping. My goal is sell the rear bumper as I will be getting smaller tires, which means that spare will fit in the stock tire carrier on the underside of the car. With the front bumpers I would like to replace with a stock bumper that has a spot for the winch. the third photo is an example of this goal. I apologize if my lack of knowledge poses dumb questions.

1. What make and Model are these bumper?
2. Could I place a stock from bumper behind this guard? (Obviously cutting a hole for the winch to go through)
3. What recommendations do people have for low profile/stock looking bumper for the front?
4. What recommendations do people have for a basic steal rear bumper with spots for reverse lights.
