Anyone know how to remove the reverse bumper license plate lights cover? I think it should just come off from the top side but I am not 100% sure and knowing my luck Id snap it trying.

I’m not aware of any options for reverse lights in the bumper, have a pic?
    Maybe I’m interpreting this wrong.

Are you talking about the rear license plate lights? I have two lights in mine. I thought they were too bright at night on my reverse camera, so I left them plugged in and just removed the light. One light is much better than two. Access them from under the bumper.

Ignore the special tools. Only special tools I used was my fingers and my mind.

Thanks, this is it. My googling skills didn’t turn up anything.

Glad I asked though cuz I was just going to try removing the plastic cover and not the housing.

    Glad to help!

I tried the same thing then realized I was going to break something. LOL. The important thing for me in the video was being told which way to turn the electrical connector. Unfortunately, it is a little bit of a struggle because there's only room for your fingers, not your whole hand.
