Bumper question

I'm wondering if a bumper (OEM or aftermarket) from a 2001 4runner would fit on my 2002 Tacoma. Anyone have any ideas? And my fit I mean bolt on and match the width and body lines.

 

It’ll fit, but it looks pretty silly the proportions are way off. But who am I to judge haha

 

It'll fit, sure, but as Tyler said, it'll probably look goofy. I think 4Runner bumpers look goofy on 4Runners, lol...

The limited/sport bumper looks even worse, IMO.

 

yes, it will fit, but you will need to swap out the brackets (Put your tacoma brackets onto the 4runner bumper) and you will need to drill a few holes as the holes don't align perfectly in the bumper

"fat lip" 4runner bumpers (99-02) are safe to put on 2001-2004 tacomas. Looks great actually



it's horrible looking when you put a fat lip on 95-00



Though, 96-98 4runner bumper will fit much better on 95-00 and look great too
