Unfortunately my crush cans got crushed and I realized there is no structeral support on the front end besides the crush cans which did their job. Is there any reinforcement bar that would supercede the ones that came with my truck as the parts are discontinued and I can not get them.
    Part number 51120-35020 and 51110-35020

I was hoping maybe someone has run into this same situation and has more info on replacing and reinforcing their front end... been looking at the 3rd gen 4runner reinforcement bars on Amazon and maybe those will fit. Not sure...

Unfortunately I have tried ordering from a few sites that say they are available then money is returned... I have even checked local yards to pull one as well as a few toyota only yards with no luck..

If you just want to replace the crush cans, I think I have a spare set I could send you. Might be slightly dented (I'll have to see what I have on hand), but still usable. I've had good luck finding them in the junkyard here.

Later Tacomas (2001-2004) and I think some third gen 4Runners (not sure of years) had a full crush bar and a replaceable front cross member/skid plate support, but those parts wouldn't be a direct bolt on. The frame ends changed between front clip designs and putting the bar onto a 98-00 would require cutting the frame behind the original cross member and welding in new end plates. I think this is doable but I haven't been able try it because I haven't found a good 01-04 front end to pull the needed parts from.

See pictures of the newer design here: https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/2004-tacoma-front-impact-bar-mounts.665659/

Yep, that's how 98-00 front ends are. My truck is the same.
