Bumper towing question!

09 4cyl 5spd 4x4 access cab

I have 2009 access cab 4x4 and i need to tow a light about 700lbs tomorrow. I know that i should be using a hitch reciever but i cant have one on by tomorrow. I have all the wires ready but my question is is the bumper height of a 4x4 going to be a problem with a shorter utility trailer going to be a problem? Will the trailer tilt back to much and rub anywhere? i havent had a chance to try. Any feed back would be appreciated
