Bumpers/DIY Bumper Mods

Hi all,
Has anyone had any experience with modifying existing steel bumpers, or (bonus points here) does anyone have any good photos of their personal DV8 bumper and the way they have it set up?

I have a DV8 that came on my truck (2011 4D-LB-V6) when I purchased it, but I am considering modifying the bull bar to be tall enough to cover the grille and include headlight hoops because 1) I like the look
2) I have a practical use for the hoops in my area
3) I want to create a potential mounting point for some other exterior accessories

Including but not limited to:

A) Race boat racks (long story)
B) Antennas
C) Relocation of existing lights on the bumper
-Want them to be above/beside my plow lights
-Currently useless when I have the plow on
D) Limb risers

Any photos of added hoops/lights/antennas/accessories on misc bumpers, or mods to the DV8 bumper would be much appreciated!
